Your policy allows massage treatment for Auto Claims with a Doctor’s Referral and Personal Injury Protection (PIP).

Additional Information:

  • This is an individualized treatment series that is muscle/injury specific, billed to a client's car insurance and personal injury protection policy following a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). A variety of massage techniques are used to rehabilitate and relax muscles; manage pain; increase flexibility and speed healing.

  • We do not take third-party claims. Claims must be pre-authorized and come with a doctor's referral.


We suggest arriving a few minutes early to your initial appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork and to settle in.

Hello there, I’m Janae, WELCOME. My motto is to Help, Heal, and Initiate Ease, the ultimate feeling behind taking care of yourself. I began my practice with the intention of combining a medically based massage practice with the relaxing environment of a healing space. My relaxation and treatment-based massage career began in 2001, as a graduate of Spectrum Center School of Massage in the PNW.

Every session is tailored to your needs, and designed to treat areas of tension and discomfort with tender loving care within a comfortable and beautiful environment. I truly believe in the Body Mind connection and will bring that into play as needed. Exploring the relationship between how your emotions affect your body and how your body affects your emotions, is very telling and helpful on your healing journey.

I am also a big believer in carrying the benefits of a massage into your everyday life with self-care strategies. These range from stretching, hydration, movement, nutrition, simplification, listening to your intuition and gut instincts, setting boundaries, attuning to the body’s cues and wisdom, and learning to say yes and no with equal amounts of enthusiasm.
